All prices are in Saudi Riyals and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Prices and offers are updated periodically, and the applicable price is based on the time of order confirmation.

Payment methods include:

• Visa.

• Mastercard.

• Apple Pay when available.

• Cash on delivery for eligible orders.

• Tamara.

• Tabby.

• Any other payment methods approved by the manufacturer.

The manufacturer may require a security deposit for bottles or coolers upon first subscription.

For individuals, sales are made through coupon books.

Each coupon represents a single supply transaction based on the type of subscription.

The books are non-exchangeable and non-refundable after being used in whole or in part.

In case of loss or damage to the book, the customer is responsible for it.

The manufacturer has the right to stop any coupon that is proven to be used improperly.

The bottles and coolers provided as part of the subscription or for a deposit are considered the customer's responsibility.

The customer is obligated to maintain them and return them at the end of the subscription or upon the manufacturer's request.

In case of loss or damage due to misuse, the manufacturer has the right to claim their value according to the approved prices.

The manufacturer provides delivery service according to the approved service areas.

Delivery times are determined based on the operating schedule and daily routes.

The customer is obligated to the following:

• Provide a correct address.

• Provide an active mobile number.

• Be present during the delivery time or authorize someone to receive it.

If delivery cannot be made due to the customer, the factory reserves the right to reschedule the visit.

Delivery times may be affected by:

• Weather conditions.

• Accidents.

• Traffic.

• Force majeure.

• Operational conditions.

The One Water Factory is committed to producing water according to Saudi specifications and approved health requirements.

Quality and food safety systems are applied during production and distribution.

The customer must inspect the products upon receipt.

In case of:

• Damage.

• Leakage.

• Breakage.

• Order error.

Customer service must be notified on the same day of receipt.

The factory will replace the product if a defect resulting from manufacturing or transportation is proven.

Unused products may be returned if they are:

• In their original condition.

• Unopened.

• Within the same day of receipt.

The value of the following will not be refunded:

• Used coupons.

• Services rendered.

• Delivery fees after they have been executed.

If a refund is approved, the amount will be returned to the same payment method used within the timeframe set by the banking entity.

The customer may request to modify or cancel the order before it is prepared.

After the order has been dispatched for delivery, cancellation or modification may not be possible.

The new refrigerators are covered by the manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects for the warranty period specified at the time of purchase.

The warranty does not cover:

• Breakage.

• Tampering with the device.

• Maintenance by unauthorized parties.

The customer is responsible for maintaining their login data and password.
